Our Monitoring Process

Our dispatchers use a combination of Skyplan’s advanced flight tracking software and multiple air-borne communication network services to track the departure, arrival, and position reports that are transmitted to Skyplan.

In addition, we accept data about your flight (from departure to arrival) from various customer supplied tracking systems, movement messages from ATC, and include any data that is called in to our offices.
If requested, we can monitor the progress of your flight through the various Flight Information Centers (FIC), in combination with en-route radar surveillance and Automatic Dependent Surveillance (ADS) broadcasts.

We know exactly where your aircraft is, what type of aircraft you are flying, and where you are headed.

Flight Watch

Skyplan’s Flight Watch Service can provide improved situational awareness, increased attention to environmental and NOTAMs conditions, and serve as an additional point of contact for long international flights.

Flight Watch is of particular use to Type A or Type B airlines with co-authority dispatch relationships, and for updating ground service handlers, customs, and even your own team members.

We stay in contact with your aircraft and monitor its en-route progress up until flight termination. In the event of an unexpected route change or emergency, we are here 24/7 to support your flight crews.
